Statistics arranged your way

Choose the headline figure, the order of the blocks, the ones you hide, and what counts as a conversion.

Your figure, front and centre. At the top of the page, the indicator that matters to you: sales closed, conversion rate, new contacts, appointments attended or revenue.

Your blocks, in your order. Arrange the blocks and hide the ones you do not use. The page is the same for your whole team.

Every calculation explained. An “i” next to each rate tells you how it is counted.

Paying the whole commitment upfront

A plan with a commitment can be paid in one go, with the discount you set. The price is calculated and locked from the quote.

A discount in euros or as a percentage, set plan by plan.

A contract with no direct debit. The contract states the upfront payment and ends with the commitment. The pro rata refund, in case of termination, is printed on it.

Targets in sales or in revenue, with as many bonus tiers as you like

A target counts sales or revenue, collected or contract value, with up to ten bonus tiers.

Sales or revenue. You choose what the target measures: the number of sales, the money collected or the value of signed contracts.

Bonus tiers. Up to ten tiers. In revenue, each tier pays a percentage of what was sold.

The same unit everywhere. The home page, Statistics and the targets log speak in the unit you chose.

E-mail and text campaigns that send themselves again

An e-mail or text campaign can go out every month, or every two, three, four, six or twelve months. Each send gets its own line in the tracking.

One-off or recurring, by e-mail or text. You choose the frequency, the day and the time; the campaign goes out again on its own.

Formatted e-mails, with attachments, in campaigns as in your message templates.

Tracking per send. Each occurrence appears in the tracking, with the sales it brought in.

Remote signing, by e-mail link

The contact wants to think it over? Send the contract: they read and sign it from home, then sign their SEPA mandate straight after.

A personal link, valid for seven days. A new send replaces the previous one.

Everything the law requires. Pre-contract information, terms of sale, right of withdrawal and consent to start before the withdrawal period ends.

The mandate follows. If the plan is paid by direct debit, signing the SEPA mandate comes right after.

Import your contacts from a CSV file

Bring in the file you already kept: contacts arrive in Fitness Vendor, and those already there are not created twice.

Your file, your columns. You say what each column contains.

No duplicates. A contact already there is recognised by e-mail or phone number.

An unsigned SEPA mandate gets reminders at day 3 and day 7

After the first e-mail, two reminders go out on their own, each with a fresh link. The old link is closed.

You no longer have to think about it. A contact signed up without a mandate receives the link the next day, then a reminder at day 3 and day 7.

Only one valid link at a time, so an old message can no longer be used.

Plus your own follow-ups. An automation starting on “mandate to sign” adds your own steps, with the delays you choose: a message, a call to make, a task for the team.

Merge duplicates in one click

Records sharing an email or a phone number are spotted. You compare, choose the record to keep, and its whole history follows.

Spotted for you. Two records with the same email or phone number show up in duplicates.

An easy comparison. Name, email, phone, status and source side by side; one record is suggested, you keep the one you want.

Nothing gets lost. Contracts, sales, mandates, quotes, appointments, conversations, follow-ups, notes and consents move to the record you keep.

Merge everything at once for groups with no difference at all.

Reversible for 30 days. Each merge is logged in the history and can be undone in full.

“Not duplicates”. Two people with the same name stay separate, and you can change your mind.

Your lead sources and message templates, in one place

Two lists you manage yourself: where your contacts come from, and the messages your team reuses.

Clean lead sources. Create, rename, merge: two spellings of the same source no longer make two lines.

Nothing gets lost. A source already used by contacts is archived instead of deleted, and can be restored whenever you want.

Message templates ready to send, with a subject for email, a counter for SMS and fields that fill in on their own.

Right where you need them. Your templates show up in your campaigns and in the inbox, with a search by channel.

Complete automations, ready in a few clicks

A trigger, steps in a row, a delay for each: your follow-ups run on their own, at the right time, for the right contacts.

Around fifteen triggers, on top of statuses. New contact, quote sent, no-show, mandate to sign, birthday, sale won or lost, risk of leaving, contact who never replied.

Steps in a row, each with its own delay. An email, a call to make, a task for the team or a status change.

Only the right contacts. All sources, only some, or all except some.

Messages in their name. First name, location name, the user following the contact: fields fill in on their own, and a test send shows you the message first.

Never at an awkward time. Messages go out Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm, in your location's time zone.

17 templates to start from, statistics for every step, and manual launch from a record or on a group of contacts.

Kiosk mode: self-service sign-up at the front desk

Mount a touchscreen at the front desk: when it gets busy, or nobody is at the desk, visitors browse your offers and sign up on their own. You switch it on only if you want to.

For the moments when nobody is available. Busy hours, closed front desk, unstaffed access: visitors sign up on their own, from choosing a membership to signing the contract and the SEPA mandate.

A mounted touchscreen, or a tablet. The sales path is the same one you run with a contact, this time as self-service.

A device that stays on the sales path. To leave it: a gesture only you know, then a six-digit code sent to the owner and administrators.

Standby. With nobody in front of it, the kiosk goes back to its welcome screen.

Your choice. Kiosk mode is optional: you switch it on for your location only if you want to.
