Frequently asked questions

Will my leads know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. Every conversation clearly announces an automated assistant, as the EU AI Act requires. Otherwise, your leads only see your gym: your name, your plans, your tone. Fitness Vendor appears nowhere.

What if it says something wrong about a price?

It can't make one up. Every price and every slot it writes is checked by code against your price list and your calendar before sending. If it doesn't have the information, it says so and hands over to you.

How long does it take to get started?

Allow an hour: your plans, your opening hours, your channels. You're guided step by step, and you can test the AI agent on yourself before opening it to your leads.

Does it replace my gym management software?

No. It works before it: from the first message to the signed contract. Your management software keeps access control, the class schedule and member billing.
